Snip & Stitch: Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 October 2026

Snip & Stitch ("the game") is made by Worth The Wool Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why.

The short version

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress (stars, level, settings, the garments in your wardrobe and their photo designs) in the game's private storage on your device. This information isn't sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

When you choose Share photo, the game saves that picture to your device's photo gallery and opens your device's share menu. The picture is only sent where you choose to send it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To show ads, measure how they perform and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information from your device, such as:

If you're in the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game: open Settings and tap Ad privacy options.

You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's settings (on most Android phones: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

The game asks Google to show only ads suitable for a general audience.

To learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

The optional Remove ads purchase is processed by Google Play. We don't receive your payment details. The game only learns whether the purchase was made, so it can turn ads off. See Google Play's terms and Google's Privacy Policy.

Children

The game isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
